Is there an option or way to cast spells on a unit's icon(similar to WC3)?

Is there an option or way to cast spells on a unit's icon(similar to WC3)?

For example - In WC3 I could select a healing spell (for example), I could cast that healing spell by clicking on a unit's icon in the HUD(whether it's a hero icon or a unit icon in the unit icon list).

However, in SC2, you can't seem to do that(at least not by default).

Is there a way to cast spells by clicking on a unit's icon(similar to WC3) or no?

As far as I know there isn't, there may be a way to do this if you mess around with UI and dialog items and create your own layout, but it doesn't seem worth the effort just for this.
