Is there a tool or a way to "pin" a set of fields in the object editor to an easy to access place?

For the most part I only use a set of the object editor fields, when editing units: Art Icon, Art Model, Art Scaling Value, Attack Base, Movement Speed, Upgrades used, etc

It would be convenient if I could just bundle these so I don't have to constantly scroll back and forth. Is there something like this?

Sure. You can hack your editor and change the categories like Art - Whatever and Stats - Whatever, then either make a new category (unsure if that works) or simply move everything out of the Art category at the top except for the things that you care about (and even if they are not Art fields, just put them there).
