is there a reason for characters randomly losing their DEATH SOUND?

fucking mountain king decided to stop playing his death sound when killed lol.
original MK, didn't touch his file.mdx, just doing some retexture stuff.

besides the game having more bugs than the original game lol.

Have you tried restarting your computer? Maybe one day Realtek will fix their sound driver.

What Luashine said. Also, make sure you check the integrity of the game files in case you have bad/corrupted ones.

I haven't played Reforged, but I can tell you this version is far worse than TFT. Maybe one day, Blizzard will fix those bugs.

tried restarting, obviously is not that, my drivers are updated, also checked the game scan and repair, tried vanilla game without mods. nothing.
