Invisible spell buff

I need some help with spell icon and animations. I created trigger spell, which will root friendly target and rejuvenation it. But when i try to delete animation and spell buff from last spell, that doesn't work. What can i do with it?

Are you sure you've provided the right buff for the trigger? If you are, then try posting the relevant trigger as text (right click, then copy as custom text). Enclose them in these tags: [trigger][/trigger]

If not, do change it to the appropriate buff.
