i saw on the minimap that the bottom-left half of the map is quite different
did you import the desert ground from another tileset?

well as far as i know the cliff texture from a tileset is unchangeable and unimportable
so i think, that, if you are basing on the felwood tileset, you are only able to use felwood cliffs and no others, so the outland cliffs are replaced by felwood cliff in-game
but thats only a theory! i am not sure

Perhaps improvise and do your cliffs by increasing the hight of the ground and use some nice matching rocks and doodads too make it look like a cliff. Then mark the zone with pathing blockers if needed. Those blizzardish cliffs are ugly anyway.

I'm fine with the cliffs, as the terrain of an AoS map does not have to be that much detailed IMO.

I think we're going to make the other side of the map similar to the already done one - so it's going to be 100% Felwood, with different buildings and minions, of course. Thanks for the answers tho'.

If you need extra cliffs just extract the cliff models from the wc3 mpq's, do a wee bit of model editing switching their material used to replaceable texture 32, and import them in your map. Create the destructable in the map and then change the skin and change the replaceable id to 32. And then you got some custom destructable cliffs.
