Interesting but odd

when you think about it, devilism/satanism/witchcraft/devil-based religions are the only ones that actually GET anything. in retrospect, you never see angels or cupids or you never get a cookie because you prayed for it, but u can summon demoms and ghosts (ive met 1 b4 lol) etc.

I'm fairly sure that the whole poetic beauty here is the idea that the "path of good" is a long and demanding one, where you must thrive alone and suffer from all kinds of problems, but in the end you are given a reward without compare (heaven, salvation, etc.).

While with the "path of evil" devilism/satanism/witchcraft etc. you take small advantages to easen your current life, but at the same time you turn your back to the path of good. You gain small advantages and prizes, but in the end you are punished (hell, selling soul to the devil, etc.).
