Inserting Pictures

Im gonna make a map.. and i want to know the triggering and how to insert a picture into the game for example.

MAZE OF PORN:

At end shows you a pic of porn.
How would i import the picture i want and then what would the triggering be to make the picture showup..

If its anything similar o making a loading screen i can do that!

It has to be saved as an .mdx, just like the .mdx loading screens. When you use a filter (cinimatics triggers), you have an option to select it.
