One of many caverns leading in, or out, of a massive volcano. Critic it as much as possible, I don't personally like it, but I'm not entirely sure what to do to it.
Well Volcano rocks are usually VERY dark in colour almost a metallic black from what Ive seen perhaps a darkening the rocks could help.
Secondly lava usually has darker patches of red "stuff" in it. How you want to do that is up to you. But using the "Doom" target sfx with its Z set to almost nothing can work sometimes.
I agree with Kino, also add some stalagmites.
Delete the glows that are making does rocks so bright and bland.
Add orange light around/above the lava only.
Make those rocks darker, the ones that are near the lava should be brighter but a little reddish/orange.
Also you have way too much glow on the lava which makes it look like a fire stream instead of a lava stream. Also the fog is much too dense and makes it difficult to see the picture in general. I would either reduce the fog or add in custom lighting on specific areas.
Its well done work and i dont know what else you should do with that kind of picture. When i look at this picture its like" Its good work, but theres something missing in the picture". and i dont know what it is. Overall nice job for that kind of picture.
