Ingame trees as units

I'm trying to make a map and i need trees as units, I was wondering if theirs a way to use the in game destructible trees as normal units.

go into object editor select a unit and change the
"art - model file" dubble click it and select detrucables.

^Plus, if you want them to act as real trees add "locust" ability, although them won't be targetable.

If you meant converting units into REAL trees (lumber source) it's impossible withing complex triggering.

Wait, if you add locust ability to the tree, won't it has any collision ?
LoL, it'll be weird when your unit can walk through trees.

It just comes up as a white outline of a tree, and what do you mean by locust?

to fix the white outline.
you have to set the artwork to the doodad tree, not the destructible tree artwork
