Im trying to get a building to fly using the crow form and Animation- Set Height but it doesn't work, maybe because it's a building. Can someone help? i could make it a non-building as long as it can still vendor items.

I would just make it not a non-building unit with 0 collision size/no pathing and then put an invisible pathing doodad in the same location so units can't walk right through the building. Though I guess if its flying perhaps walking beneath it would be pretty cool. Pretty sure a regular unit can sell items, just copy over all the relevant abilities from a neutral shop.

I was not able to make non-flying units change their fly height, when they had their movement to 0.

I did not test this for buildings, but for other units, you have to set their move speed to >= 1 in order to be able to change their height in game.

To be able to set a unit's fly height with triggers (I think you're doing this only with the OE but if you're triggering you should know...) you need to add and remove the "Crow Form (Medivh)" ability to them briefly. They don't have to have the ability permanently, just have had it at some time and then you can use SetUnitFlyHeight() on them.
