increase item drop range

is it possible to increase the item drop range for certain items or units? and what is the exact drop order id?
what I wanna achieve: I have a unit without any movement and I want this unit to be able to drop items anywhere on the map (it's fine if I order the unit to drop it in the other corner of the map and it just drops it right where it is but I cant even do this)

You can modify the drop range in the constants but obviously it will affect all units.
