In need of some quest help :/

I am trying to make a quest where you are suposed to kill 15 trolls, but i don't know how to make a quest with requirements :/ I have tryed, but fail all the time so i have deleted the whole trigger and are going to start all over again. Can anyone tell me what is needed to do so?

if, then, else condition problem

I am making a quest where im suposed to kill 15 trolls. I got this far, but then it all stopped. I don't understand how to get the if condition to this:
If (All Conditions are True) then do (Then Actions) else do (Else Actions). Anyone able to tell me how to get the if to "all conditions are true"?

It's an action, called "If then else (multiple actions)". When you open the actions, hit "I".
