In-game extra models?

I've comes across various models from maps and stuff that aren't imported, but also don't appear in the game overall. Ones like

Doodads\Northrend\Structures\AncientZiggurat\AncientZiggurat1.mdl

. Why are they there and, more to the 'request' part of this, does anyone have like, a list of them or something?
