Nobody makes a model (or skin) without a very good reason, and yours really isn't good enough. Saying: "Hey I need a model for a project I haven't started yet, and that I can use ingame models for now" isn't going to make people want to help you.

You have to say: I'm working on <project> here is a screenshot <pic> I currently need a <request> for my map and I will give you reputation for making it.

Or something along those lines anyway.

Don't bite the hand that feeds you.
Do post pics of what you want him to look like, show signs that you actually will use this model and it wont be a waste of their time, and give people reason to create this model.

thnx guys, especially lioness and belgarath, okay well im going to take your advice and tell you what i want exactly and first off i will tell you what this is for:

Im making a map that consists of a rich pharmaceutical company that will(purposefully) go wrong in their experiments and unleash a zombie horde, it is in a contemporary setting so you know a good skin or model of a scientist wit the lab robes and stethoscope and such would be very much appreciated

Well that first skin is horrible, im sorry but it is. That second skin is a sorcress he asked for villager male. I am a OK skinner so if you tell how much you have done on your map and how much more work you have to do i will gladly do it for you.
