Improve this Icon

Can someone improve this icon? I'm getting a bit bugs with it so I'm asking someone to remake it. And make it less messy. It's supposed to look like 3 chains with an edge at top shooting at 3 directions. But it looks to messy. (Based on an Icon I requested from rhymer).

Thanks but can you just change the chains a bit? You know the edge and the chains at the back. They doesn't looks like chains right now.

I can't because i use just paint...
My opinion is that the icon is goot, it doesn't need more changes
The warcraftish border is added so it should be ok
tell me if it makes the saming problems in warcraft...
