Improve this Icon

Eh,,, can someone improve this icon, give it more arcane-ish or mana-ish glows, better lightings, and something that needs improvements. I'm pretty much worse at using Photoshop, so can someone improve this

And also, when you upload the file, show some attach images so I can see
