Importing a Skin Issue.

For some reason, I'm yet to upgrade to Frozen Throne (Will do this week. ^^) but eeevery Import Skin guide I find requires use of the Import Manager, which isn't present (That I can see) in Reign of Chaos...

Looked around for a while, cannae find a thing so any help would be appreciated. =)

ROC does NOT have an import manger, you can however use mpq tools to import skins and models etc, basicly an external importer, use it on your map:
