Issue Importing a Custom Skin, It's Worked Before...

I'm working on an ORPG, and am in the process of making custom skins for the character classes. I finished my first one, essentially a recolor of Medivh, imported it, and it didn't work. CHecked, Double-Triple-Quadruple-Checked the pathname, it's right. I've imported skins before, but suddenly it doesn't work. Anyone had this problem before, and how do I fix it?
