Imported fade filter becomes black

I've imported a fade filter and it becomes black. It doesn't show the texture. It was something with crosshairs but it becomes black in game. Please help.

I want to ask you if you are using the Frozen Throne theme changer? Because all filters in maps that I play never remove themselves and are colored oddly.. Some examples of maps I cannot play are Pudge wars, and Archer wars! Otherwise I don't know about filters.

If you were using it you would know, it changes your UI of wc3. If your asking me to share this with you then I can find it again im sure..

EDIT: Oops. My mistake. The color was set to 0.0.0. Sorry.
