Implementing The W3MMD and HCL Standard

I have tried implementing these my self, but i never succeeded, as i generally dont know what to do and i dont understand jass or vjass. I have JNGP 2.0.6

How do i implement W3MMD to keep track of Kills, Wins, loses and any other values/stats that a hosting bot might want to keep track of.

How do i implement HCL to set the game to -d5b1 which is the most difficult setting in my map or any other gamemodes

-d5b1 = Chaos Mode/Normal Builder

here are what the gamemodes can possible be

-d1 Easy
-d2 Normal
-d3 Hard
-d4 Very Hard
-d4 Chaos Mode

-b1 Normal Builder
-b2 Classic Builder

-em Endless Mode

I can't make a longer post because I gtg in a bit. But I recommend looking around codelain for some guides, if you haven't already. I doubt you'll find much experience with W3MMD here, judging by the last two or so threads that were made about it.
