Create a material and import the texture used by this attachment. Make the material use that texture.
Open this attachment and export it's Geoset.
Import the geoset into whatever model you want to attach it to. Attach it to the Head bone.
Set the material used by this geoset to the material you had previously created, using the newly imported texture.
You're done.
