I'm learning how to model. Advice?

Hi, I've just decided (literally seconds ago) that modeling for WC3 would be fun.
I've played around with the other parts of the game (terraining, GUI (and JASS), object editor), and figured it'd be cool to try it.

So what do I need? What are some useful tutorials which can help me get started?
Now, I don't have any money to spend on this (I'm only 16, and I don't have a job), but I have the Blender animator, a trial for Milkshape, and a bunch of other tools I found in a topic stickied here.

Any tutorials don't really need to be for WC3 models. They can be modeling in general, but I'm learning this specifically for WC3 models, so I need tutorials on how to do those.

Any help would be very greatly appreciated.

I recommend a lot working with Milkshape 3D because it has a very simple interface, it's a perfect tool for low poly modelling, expecially attachment models and it has a very simple mdx in and exporter.
I use it, too and I love it.

My favourite tutorials are those:

if you're german, this Tutorial is perfect, but maybe it will help you, too if you aren't german:

I tried Gmax modeling, but I'm telling you know - exporting is pure hell on Gmax - I followed this tutorial I found 20+ times exactly as it said, and not once did any model actually work.

Really, there isn't a free program for modeling in Wc3 that doesn't put you in an arm block to export it into warcrafts format (after you find a way to use the controls that work against you (yes of course theres mago, but It more of a skinning/texturing/particle emitter tool then a modeling tool, you cant create geosets in it so it's difficult to accomplish anything other then some more simple edits))
