i dont think there is a blizz texture of white bricks in the MPQs that i can use

Try the texture used in Ice Troll Hut. Its not white but it looks like a texture you can use

Yeah you're right.
A quinzee is when you shovel a large pile of snow and then dig out a cave large enough for one or two persons. The igloo is different because, like you said, it uses blocks cut from the snow and stacked on top.
