If someone would release to me the sourcecode for a editor I could do this, but:

An editor(updated monthly) with units, skills, spells, icons, and all that from here. I know it would be a long task, and each update would add about 100 units, skins, skills, spells, AI and all that, but if I could get the sourcecode I would do it.

That wouldn't be called a editor. That would be classified as a WE Resource pack.

What Sopho means is that it would be quite hard to fit in so much new stuff that you're better off downloading stuff rather than doing monthly updates. And seriously applying stuff to the new editor wouldn't take a month.

Ture. Perhaps then you should've considered more as downloading stuff than a WE. I'll bet it would be hard to do monthly updating.
