Idea 4 Blade Storm

Can any1 tell me a way to give me a idea on how to give Blade Storm to a hero thats not Blade Master and steel lock like the Blade Storm? Is it possible?
Maybe with trigers or something make the animatin 4 the hero. TY

Yes its possible with triggers, however, the animation wont be the same.

Than use Unit starts and finnishes casting ability to attach and remove the special effect. Its what i used, and it still looks cool

While the spell is executed, attach a "cylone" via triggers to the casting unit.
