Icon Crashing

Recently I was using some icons I'd threw together. I just toke images of Napoleonic soldiers and put them on a Wc3 border...lol...but when I went to select multiple units and reveal the icon in Warcraft 3 it instantly crashes....Why?

So it has to be 24bit? Alright w/e thanks.

It was a blp. format right? if you jsut took pics and left them jpeg, then it might screw up the game.

Nah I converted them to .tga files. But when I tried again converting the .jpg files into .tga I made them 24 bit instead of 32 bit and it worked perfect.
