    Hi,
i'm wondering for some time now how they added this new cooldown animation in dota and some few other maps which changes the border. I searched the editor for some option to do this but I didn't find it. maybe someone can tell me how to do this?

The most logical answer would be that you have to change the file "UI\Feedback\Cooldown\cooldown(or star4).blp", then import it in your map (with the same name, of course).
It will probably override the standard cooldown-image and thus you have a custom one.

To be honest: I didn't test it, it just seemed logical.
I'll try it right now, though.
