Icon - change the color of a Blizzard icon

Hello! I have i tiny request right here. Can someone make the icon located in "ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNSnazzyScrollGreen.blp" to be with a blue stroke and not green? The blue color can be #1376d2 or perhaps a little bit darker.
If someone can do this for me, i will be very thankful! Also, before converting it to .blp , send the icon to me (in a PM) as a .jpg .. i might want the color to be a bit different. Depends on how you've made it.
