Icon borderiser not working

What the title says. Whenever I click the borderise button I get the error message in the attached screenshot. I've tried it with different images and it doesn't seem to make a difference.

They appear to be trying to simply use the tool. It's not functioning correctly, is the issue.

Im aware im asking just what they are doing with it since there are other options to make icons and icon borders.

Ease of use and convenience are good reasons to use the Hive option. Though I wager that the most important reason would be to bring attention to this site problem.

Just tried it myself and got the same error when trying it with a 64x64 file.
It works for a 256x256 however.

Maybe it is related to the recent outages Hive has suffered.
I suggest using the easy to use Button Manager v1.8.2 until Ralle fixed this.

I believe to have implemented a fix today. I recently updated some software and accidentally broke the image converter. Please try it again.

It's down again, same issue.
