Makes me think more of Fallout. I love Fallout. Therefore, I love this.

If this was a full CnP, then where did those bars come from? You need to have more than just a picture that has parts of something that looks similar in a skin before making an accusation like that. After all, it is a Starcraft UI, so is it not possible that the UI itself was done so well it fooled people?

Anyway, it may or may not be a CnP, and if it is it should credit the original author, but for now I don't really care.

I don't care so much that this uses cnp, but sense it does it should look totally awesome. The tubes around the day/night cycle seem to end abruptly at the sides rather than smoothly curving in the edges of their border. THis looks really weird, especially were it collides with the gold coin.

The portrait window seems to have no inner-border, no highlights/shading to indicate the edges, and the strangle 45 degree curves at the top two corners of the window do not match up with the texture behind them at all. THe sheets of metal are just arbitrarily sculpted into the window shape for no reason. Fix this, make the portrait window look like it is supposed to be there, add shading and highlights to the border, add some sort of border period. The diagonal corner's don't match up with the window at all either, work with the alpha channels to make it actually match the metal plates.

Same problem with the inner-border of the portrait window applies to the attribute window and the icon window as well, there is no attempt to blend them with the attributes and icons as well.

There is a very noticeable highlight in the middle of the icon windows as well, it is an eyesore that does not fit with the rest of the interface.

The bottom line with this interface is that it is using a nice texture, but it is not incorporated with the interface at all.

It is an awesome UI, it is not 100% CnP, and he actually did give credits to the one that made the picture.

i mean.. i actually think this does deserve to get accepted, im sure that there is many skins around the site that use CnP, but you may just not know about it.

This is as good as any other skin, why would it get rejected from the site only becouse it contains CnP? i just dont get it >..<

BTW, about the moderator comment, there is MANY skins that is worse then this one, still it get a 3/5 becouse it is actually useable, and a good UI!

That's awfully shallow of you, Verhalthur. After all, there are people who might find this UI useful on account of there being a HUGE FUCKING SHORTAGE of them. Hence why I don't want this to be rejected. No one seems to make UI's.

One thing I would suggest fixing, however, would be the actual names of the files. They need to actually overlap the original files in the game to work, so as it is at the moment the user themself has to research what names to change them to. Fix this please.
