I not can see my Sky

Hello guys, i have another problem, i not can see my sky, I put on my map one system of Camera in 3 Person, and i go in Scenario-> Map Preferences, and choose one sky type, but i can not see they in game, I just can see a black background.

how can I see the sky that I chose?
