I need some help with a project!

I have been working on a project that is basically a hero taking quests around the map.
As all the models the heroes use are based on the villager (they are here on the hive) the map will have many attachments and (I hope) it will be fun.

At first you will pick your hero and it will appear on its respective town. Sometimes when you complete a quest peapole will give you items, money or oth er cool stuff. The idea is pretty much made, but I need help with:

- Terrain
-Triggers
-Some item ideas (maybe)
-Making it multiplayer (if posible)
-Modeler, for attachments mostly
