I need help with skins

I have certain skins that ihave that will not go on there model... i notcied this only happens when i put the original character down on the map, even when i delete him i still cant make the character with the new skin. is there anything i can do about this?

i dont have TFT so there is no import manager...or is there? if there is i cant find it and if there isnt is there any way i can download it???

For RoC to import stuff you need to open your map with WinMPQ (Tools section) and add the file with the correct file path (for example, Textures\HeroDemonHunter.blp).
