I need a trigger for tournament rounds!

i need a trigger that works like a hero arena tournament, which will last for 3 minutes within the 3 minutes players must kill enemy hero then they win and the round has finish, if they dont then after 3 minutes it will be a draw so no player get any points. i want the round to happen every 10 minutes and there is 3 rounds. so pls try to make a trigger for me i will credits you in my map project. becuz i am asian i could not write perfectly if you have any questions just ask.
