I need a skinned sky

I was looking at some maps and I came across everquest 2 uncharted lands and they have a rrl rrl awsome sky effect. When it is day it has a sunny sky when it is afternoon it has a nice red cloudy sky when its night it has a dark cloudy sky. I Know its easy to do, but thats not the thing.. I just cant do it so can I have 2 custom skys 1 tinted like dark blue and 1 tinted like light red off of fogged sky? If you can do this that would be really nice :!: :!:

omg I am such an idiot... It does the sky cycle automaticly... nvm bout the skys thanks... :lol:
