I have a huge problem with the cliffs

I've been working months on a map to create its database (including tons of imports). when i started making the map i was about commit suicide. i can't place cliffs of any type. i can't raise the terrain, i can't add water etc.
i know i can export object editor data but from what i know i can't export import data (which is huge atm)
basically, when i brush with cliff terrain nothing happens.
i use jass newgen pack
i really need help on this one

you can use an mpq editor to transfer your data from your old map to a new.

Other than that, what clifflevel are you at?
Do you have a custom MiscData.txt?
