i cant open my map

iv been working on this map for 8 mouths now i cant open it

i dont have a back up

evry time i try open my map i get this erra

unable to load 'c/programfiles/warcraftIII/maps/mymaps/footmen vs gruntz.w3x
-level info data missing or invalid

is there any way to get around this erra

im so pissed iv been working on this map for so long

+ I really really doubt that you have worked over 8 mouths at your map.. If you do that and without a backup you're just dumb. No seriously, DUMB. DUMB.

i do have another version of the map but iv protected it because iv been hosting it over bnet and i dont want others messing with it

aslo just so evry 1 noes that website doesent help

Look in your /Warcraft III/Maps/Test folder.

There might be a map called something like "Worldedit test map" or something.
It will be a backup of the last time you tested your map.

If it works, remmember to backup in the future, if it dont... Well, them you learned why its important to backup.

Hope you get your map back.

Why would you protect a map that you wish to continue fix bugs on?
