i cannot import anything!i try, but it wont show up

i have a viewer and everything else but it wont let me open a vertex modifier.
therefore, i dont know how to give a unit like a peasent a weapon like the blademasters. please help

I'm not a genius at importing but the only thing i can think of is its not imported to the right path.. you need to remove the war3imported/ from the path when you import it..

but, do u no how to open the vertex modifier?cuz when i open it says:
ERROR 'FILE BLAH BLAH' cant open independent file or a file is not registered.

No idea what a vortex modifier is lol.. i just dl the skin and import it into the map using import manager..

Chief-Oblivion is true. Error must be because of the wrong path.

For icons for example the pathes must be
ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\ -------------------------// for BTN
ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtonsDisabled\ --------------// for DISBTN

To give a weapon to unit just add to him a sphere ability with this weapon or attach it with triggers.

I don't know much about importing custom stuff. If I had problem like yours I would first check alpha channels for blp-s (and then reinstall my wc3 xD)

Well to open your model in the Vertex modifier you need to open up viewer first Save As a .MDL not a .MDX. Hope that answers your question.

Vertex Modifier doesnt allow you to put a blademaster sword in peasants hand
go and look for an attachment tutorial in tutorials section
