Sure, if you can convert them to .blp

Suggestion/s:

Lower the brightness of the yellow lines because the shield look out of place.
Change the shield's TC to the factions symbol but I don't know how to remove that point in the shield center.

If you make the TC blue or Light blue it'll look fine. It's what I had in mind when making it.
