HTML 5 Player

So youtube no longer works for me. I use chrome (IE is working fine with HTML 5) and it has recently (I think) switched me over to HTML 5 video player. It's so laggy I can't watch anything. If I let the video load, then it gets stuck as soon as I try and play.

Anyone know anything about HTML 5 player? It used to be an option that you could opt out of, but I there doesn't seem to be a way to do it anymore. In IE I can choose to use flash or HTML 5. Chrome forces me to use HTML.

Try installing the non-ie flash player.
