hp bar problem

is there a way to make a normal unit hp bar smaller than a hero hp bar?

You mean, graphically ? Yes, on object editor you can do it. I think that it is around Art lines

the size increases with the size of the selection circle, so it would be possible but your selection circle should still fit to the size of the hero
