Is there a way to detect the height of an unit's hp bar via triggers?

And there's no relation between the selection size and the health bar height of a unit?

No,Selection size has only relation between healthbars by means of size.The bigger the selection,the longer the bar.
If you want to detect the height of the bar,there are two ways:
1.Create your own bar
2.Calculate the health bar height for every unit you want.
