How to view other language in wc3?

How do i view other language such as chinese and korean in wc3? I got a modified war3patch.mpq from garena forum, it works great but i cannot create game after i use it. So is there any other war3patch.mpq or there is other ways to view chinese characters in wc3? Thanks
