how to use imported icon easy...?

i know to import an icon,but it kind hard to search you must write the name and target place..when normal icon just clik type of icon and done...anyone know's the easy way??? Please tell mEHHH
 
This is the wrong section...
And from my "expertise", there really isn't an easy way.
Besides, writing the name and target place is pretty easy already. I don't see why it has to be any easier.

Can you please talk in regular English? I don't like it when people go "OMFG I TOTLY NEED HELP PLX L;SDLA;" since I can barely understand them anyway.
