How to un-learn upgrades? (for rematch)

I came close to finish rematch feature so I can release my map. One last thing I want to do is every player's unit to make it back to 0 (or unlearn it), I seem not able to find a way to do this, I saw description say "you cannot unlearn upgrades in this process" in trigger editor. Is there a way around this?

So there are no way to change from tech level 3 to tech level 1?

ummm, can't you just replace the exsisting buildings, units with new ones? like kill the old ones and make new ones.

I tried that, I'm actually using "Replace" unit to cancel researching, but tech level still carry over to rematches.

decreasing tech level is actually not possible !

You have to replace the research centers with other one which provide other techs.
So you have to create one copy of each tech for every rematch you want to have.

Or you use hidden passive skills on units which are decreasable.
