When the event becomes equal to 1.00 (check implementation info), use a condition to trigger the chance (Random integer number between 1 and 100) Less than or Equal to Chance and then set life of damagedunit to life of damagedunit + damageeventamount and display the "Miss!" floating text.
the first idea isn't good, because orb effects and bash and such things will still trigger
the second way is o.k., but i would like to know a more proper way
