how to Transform when you reach specific lvl ?

how to automatic transform permanently when you reach a specific lvl example when you reach lvl 30 the hero will automatically be added some thing like a wing and new effect to the hero body and all stats and skill will become multiple times stronger. This transformation is permanent and it will happen to all hero on the map that control by player when the hero reach lvl 30 and when lvl 50 it will transform again to final form in this final form the hero will automatically be added something like a wing and new effect with new version and all stats and skill will become multiple times stronger. So its transform 2 times (transformation will last permanently )

When transformation begins its will pause everything in the map and all camera will focus on you and the transformation take about 5 seconds. after transformation done all camera will return to normal

Why using the ability to attach a effect to a hero. You must add the ability to the hero at a level. I would post the trigger but Right now im on the move. A little bit later i will or just pm me
