How to show/hide the minimap with items?

I want to hide the minimap and all units when the game start.
If a hero buys an item (map,permanent) and holds it in the hero inventory the owning player can see the minimap but not the units.
And if a hero buys an item (gps,permanent) and holds it in the hero inventory the owning player can see the minimap and the units.

I dont know how to hide the minimap the rest is easy

You can not alter the appearance of the mini-map in-game, but you can use Visibility - Create a visibility modifier for (Triggering player), when a Unit - A unit acquires an item.
