How to make Troll Berserker's axe set on fire and has the chance to receive a burn buff?? How?

To be honest.. I didn't get it. Elaborate.

Basically you want someone to build you a system that creates flame effects
on the Berserker and when Berserk is cast you want a buff.

Since you're asking someone to do this for you, I've moved it into Requests so
