i made a model out of ''oneheadedogre'' with magos model editor and now i'm changing the attack animations. but now i found out when i'm using the animation controller that there are sparklings with every attack he does, some kind of special effect. can someone tell me how to remove that?

i've found out that the sparkling stuff has a texture (textures\star4.blp) in texture manager, but when i deleted this texture the sparkling still continues but now it just looks worse :slp:

if you don't know where the hell i'm talking about when i say sparkling i mean the stuff that apears when a unit does an spell.. hope you know what i mean.

i realy need to find out, so it would been great if you could help me solve this problem!

p.s sorry for my bad english

If you want the effect in a specific animation, you can try this:
Open the Node manager, open the specific particle emitter and select "Emission Rate" or something, it'll bring up another window. Now open your Sequence manager and select every animation, copy the beginning of that animation and paste it in the Emission Rate window, from lowest to highest like this:
0: 0
667: 0
50000: 15

Now let's say 0 and 667 are Stand and Stand 2, while 50000 is Spell Slam. For the duration of the animation, the emitter will emit 15 of the particle you edited continuously from start to finish.

Oh, and you can't spread +rep until you get some yourself.
